(NECN: Ally Donnelly, Fitchburg, Mass.) - The death of a Fitchburg State College student may be a case of domestic violence. 19-year-old Allison Myrick was stabbed to death over the weekend in Shirley, Massachusetts. Her parents say in a statement that she was in an abusive relationship. Myrick's family describes the college freshman as smart, funny, talented and courageous. Her family says they warned her time and again to stay away from her boyfriend. Around 8pm Saturday night, police answered a 911 call to a stabbing. 19-year-old Robert Gulla was hospitalized with stab and pellet gun wounds. Grief counselors are meeting with students.
