(NECN: Woburn, Mass.) - 45-year-old Mark Kerrigan, the brother of Olympic skater Nancy Kerrigan, will be arraigned at Woburn District Court today in Massachusetts. He's charged with assault and battery on an elder person. The victim is Nancy and Mark Kerrigan's father, 70-year-old Daniel Kerrigan, who died after the alleged assault late Saturday night. The felony charge carries a maximum 10-year prison sentence. Mark Kerrigan was living with his father at 7 Cedar Avenue in Stoneham, Mass.
