(NECN: Beirut) - An Ethiopian Airlines plane with 83 passengers and nine crew members on board disappeared off radar shortly after takeoff, a Lebanese aviation official told The Associated Press. That official said the plane likely crashed into the sea. The official said contact was lost about 45 minutes after the flight departed.
