Plouffe's advisory role expanding
By NECN
(NECN: Washington, D.C.) - David Plouffe, the man who led President Obama's winning campaign for the White House, will play a larger role in advising the president. The move comes as Democrats try to rally in this important election year after losses in gubernatorial races and in the race for the U.S. Senate seat from Massachusetts. Plouffe's primary job will be to coordinate strategies for the White House, Senate and gubernatorial races in November.
